Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and all major debit and credit cards. Sorry we do not accept American Express or Diner Club credit cards.

Shipping service in the UK is provided by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' and Outside the UK by Royal Mail 'AirSure' service.

Back Orders We stock all items online all the time. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item, we will email or call you, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for it to come back into stock

Returns PolicyAt La Diva Couture we always hope you will be happy with your order, however in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund. Please return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in perfect original condition and enclose proof of purchase. We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable. We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We are unable to refund or exchange on individual items in our gift sets.

Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of La Diva Couture. Refunds cannot be given if the gift is not passed on to the named recipient.

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, La Diva Couture will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out.

Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
